7D + #Challenge21

“In 2021, Harry Moseley, who lost his battle to cancer aged 11, should be celebrating his 21st birthday on 22nd February 2021. His creation – HelpHarryHelpOthers – still supports many children and adults affected by cancer at their drop in Cancer Support Centre.

free@last, who provide support and opportunities to children and young people who live in disadvantaged communities,  are also celebrating their 21st year of improving the lives of those they serve. Georgie & John, the founders of both organisations, have joined forces to create #Challenge21 – a chance for you to celebrate with us, have some fun and raise a bit of cash too.”

In support of #challenge21, 7D FitForLife has partnered with @helpharryhelpotherscharity & @freeatlast1999 to create a fun fitness challenge to raise money for an important cause.

Get involved

-6 exercises in each round (circuit)
-Choose your difficulty level for each exercise, the videos below show each exercise variation from beginner to difficult
-Complete as many rounds as possible – that’s 21 reps of each exercise done in a circuit format, in 21 minutes.
-Mix and match exercise levels to track improvement
-Post videos and photos to Instagram- we love to see everyone getting stuck in for a great cause!
